bootstrap + bootswatch component checklist

While creating page views page with exposed filter which had "Select list", I see that bootswatch(Unite via CDN) style is not applying to select list(dropdown menu) and it is rendered as plain select list.
Later I check one by one other component and sharing this info.

1. Auto complete theme applied but positon of items is broken
2. Submit button - OK
3. Pager buttons - OK
4. Text field - OK (palceholder too)
5. Select list - style not applied. (also tested by placing Exposed filters in block)

I think this is no limited to views rendering but Select list element in general.

Created this as checklist so that other can test remaining components.
