Hi,

I've created user custom fields and set help messages. This messages are displayed by 'seven' theme but not with 'bootstrap theme' on update user form. Is it an issue ? or I've missed something ?

This theme setting (known as smart form descriptions) can be disabled at General > Forms > Smart form descriptions (via Tooltips).
