In the Theme parameters option in the section Advanced | CDN, even if I change the selection from the theme dropdown to select a different Bootswatch theme, once I save changes, changes are not displayed on the website. It is still the default Bootstrap theme.

The work arround I found is to clear the Drupal Chache then after it I can see that the new theme is now working.

So, is it the normal behavior? If yes, you should add a comment in that section telling user to clear the cache to see the changes because I spent a couple of hours trying to figure it out.

The API/CDN went down for a little bit but is back up and working normally. This project has no control over that. This is simply one of the occasional and minor annoyances of using a CDN sometimes, even if you implement your own (as explained by the "NOTE" at the top of that section).

None of the changes made on the theme gets changed. Always reverts to the default bootstrap theme with default settings. Cleared cache but doesn't seem to work. Currently using 8.x-3.0+11-dev.
