2.3-BETA1 a re-roll of 2.2 which should have been a beta release. Please review the changes carefully as there are several new permissions and;

Batch book update

Batch update framework and integration with og. When a node in a book is edited and
the og audience or og public setting is changed all nodes in that book will be adjusted
to reflect the new node setting. This batch update is hookable so checkout book_manager.batch.inc
for more details and the reference implementation with og, og_access, and og_access_roles.
