What is it you are trying to achieve? I haven't put in context based layouts if that's what you are after, but if the blocks are not enabling/disabling then that is something else.

I have found an issue where the links involved in the context module are having their classes replaced. I have put a fix in place for that and I am continuing to investigate.

The context module is behaving closer to how it is expected, but there is obviously still some work to be done.

Bare with me and I will find the issue, thanks for your patience.

Just re-tested and context appears to be working as expected with the fix I have just put in place.

Could you look for the next release of the dev version and test that it now works as expected? It should be released in the next day or 2 dated 2011-Dec-13 or later.

Either that or implement the fix as shown in the commit: http://drupalcode.org/project/boldy.git/commit/9a4e395
