Block Title Link not working with PHP 7.*

I recently updated my drupal website (Kakinada9.com) to Drupal 7.56 and also upgraded my server to PHP 7.1. While trying to configure a block, I got a 500 error when this "Block Title Link 7.x-1.5" module is enabled, then I installed the "Block Title Link 7.x-1.x-dev" version, I am having the same problem. I tested the same module with PHP 5.6, it's working fine. So I think that this module has some conflicts with PHP 7.1. So I disabled this module as I cannot use the block configure from the backend. I hope this helps someone and I am waiting for this issue to be resolved.
