i get this error, i'm using Drupal 7.51 and Block Title Link 7.x-1.5 and 7.x-1.x-dev 2015-Aug-19

Can anyone reproduce or confirm this error? It looks like its a specific problem to your installation?

Do we also know if this is an issue with Block Title Link or with any of the Token modules?

Stumbled in here doing a search for said error. I'd say it's token, and fixed in dev #2825841: Error : Cannot use string offset as an array in _token_token_tree_format_row()
