The README.txt file would simply be an adaptation of the project page description. If necessary more information could be added about module's configuration interfaces, installation and testing.
File's formatting standards could be based on the README Template documentation, to better comply with documentation standards (see also Block Attributes and its README.TXT).

Feel free to let me know if you would have any comments, feedback, questions, issues, objections, suggestions or concerns on this task, I would surely be glad to provide more information or explain in more details.

Hi guys,

Thank you very much for your interest in the Block Class module, for following up on this issue and submitting a patch.

Alright, so I should probably clarify something: The work intended on this issue is mostly Documentation and is closely related with its parent #2702177: Improve Block Class's project page.
In other words, in order to work on this issue, we would have to complete #2702177: Improve Block Class's project page first.

Therefore, back to Active. Once project's page content has been updated, the README.TXT file will be updated accordingly.
