Initial release of the new 7.x version. There are still some outstanding features, such as exposed filters on the report and proper sorting. Currently views appears to have an issue, but I haven't been able to pinpoint it (I think it's in the entity).
Fixed a handful of typo's found in the blame module files. Trying to get this basic version as tight as possible before the migrate conversation happens with the admins of Journal module.
The location of the blame module was not very appropriate based on the functionality it provides. This release moves the blame reports away from admin/content/blame and places it in admin/reports/blame respectively.
