First, this is a GREAT theme. I think it looks VERY professional (IMHO).

And forgive me if this has already been posted. I've searched high and low and haven't found a similar issue.

The issue is, there is an option to put a block in the header (middle or last), but there is no highlighted box saying where the block will actually appear. When I put something in the header block field, it never appears. Was this removed due to other formatting issues? I think it would be really handy to have a phone number/address or even shopping cart info in that open area.

Bump. The "header middle" and "header last" regions, although defined in the .info file, aren't present in the template.
