Extended the "Display Author and/or Date" feature with individual settings for Article, Basic Page, Book Page, Blog Post, and Forum Topic. Added options to show the last saved date, along with customizable prefixes for Published and Last Updated dates.

Fixed issue where custom-style.css was not found (#3509086).
If the custom file is missing or the path is incorrectly set, the fallback file example.custom-file.css will be used instead.

CSS improvements
New Black Hole theme release for Drupal 8, 9 and 10, using Yahoo Pure.css Framework (https://purecss.io). This is a complete theme redesign made with mobile and compatibility in mind: compatible, light and fast.
"No front page content has been created yet" is removed at the theme level.
The theme settings was changed to show or not "Submitted by" display on all nodes types, except blog and forum.
Minor CSS improvements.
Core type attribute was removed inside the theme to fully validate HTML5.
Generator tag (Drupal 7 (http://drupal.org)) was removed for security reasons.
CSS was improved, including the Search box.
