Problem/Motivation

The hook names are wrong and therefor never worked:

  • billwerk_subscriptions_handler_default_entity_user_update => billwerk_subscriptions_handler_default_user_update
  • billwerk_subscriptions_handler_default_entity_user_delete => billwerk_subscriptions_handler_default_user_delete

entity_ needs to be removed!
