Releases for Bilderblock photo theme

Improvements:

* Added cache clear handler via hook_theme_registry. Internal CSS cache is now cleared on every system-wide flush.
* Added teaser spacing.
* Fixed IE not properly hiding child iframes.
* Added missing print/"not print" styles and separation rulers for print/unstyled display.
* Added search result type check prior to teaser extraction in template.php.

Fixes:
* Added missing empty checks.
* Fixed maintenance page duplicate site slogan.

This is the first beta release. There will be no more functional changes to this branch until a stable version has been released.

Bug fixes:
* Fixed home_icon hover (occuring when menu hover is disabled on touch devices).
* Fixed svg filter issue in Firefox (not rendering certain setups).
* Fixed resource path generation (host part was also cached although it was not supposed to be).
* Fixed logo/link display (failed with stricter interpreters).

A first preview release that has already had some testing, yet not enough (please continue testing). It also still lacks some features I would like to see in a true release.
