Release notes

The BigPipeStrategy class is extended by the BigPipe Demo module. But, before BigPipe got committed to Drupal 8.1, it received a new constructor parameter.

Consequently, this module didn't work with Drupal 8.1 HEAD, nor with development snapshots of the BigPipe module for Drupal 8.0 (it is kept in sync with HEAD).

This new RC fixes that.
