New features

This is the initial port from drupal 6 to drupal 7 with the following new features:
* better author mapping
* unique mapping sources for each zotero item-type/field combination
* zotero to drupal user mapping
* zotero notes ( child objects of main items ) now mapped to biblio_notes field
* now mapping the feeds-way via sources, targets and a default mapping configuration
