bibcite_crossref 2.0.0-beta1

This release of Bibliography & Citation - Crossref represents an increment from alpha to beta status, and is compatible with Drupal 10/11.

This release removes the renanbr/crossref-client dependency. That library is pinned to a dev-main commit and hasn't been maintained.

This release adds support for importing references from a text file with a list of DOI numbers.

This release also adds obvious error reporting after import, instead of just silently logging.
