Create "Add tracking for specific roles" option in Access log restrictions / Users settings

Hello Eric, thank you for great module.
But there is one feature which I'm missing:
Currently you have option "Log requests for specific roles". But imagine that I want to track all roles except Anonymous and one specific role (e.g. Administrators). I can do it now by checking all other roles. But when I add new role which I would like to be tracked then I have not to forget to check this new role too. I this will definitely happen.
I suggesting to enable feature "Add tracking for specific roles" which two options (radio) "Add to the selected roles only" and "Add to every role except the selected ones". This is often used in other modules e.g. Google Analytics.
I'm not able to create patch but I put my code to this text file. If you find it helpful could it become be part if this great module?
