When an exposed filter has the "Display exposed filter as" option set to "Links", the "Make this filter collapsible" option remains visible and can be enabled, but has no effect on the rendered form; the links are just displayed in a normal div as usual.

Either the links should be rendered in a collapsible fieldset (which would be preferable), or those two options should be mutually exclusive in the views UI.

Facing same issue here. I am trying to use exposed filter in collapsible format for a Solr indexed field. Even after selecting "Make this filter collapsible" option from BEF settings it is showing as normal links only.

Hi, there will be no more future development for 7.x branch. If you see this issue in 8.x, feel free to file an issue. Closing this as Closed(wont fix).
