License URL missing in beautytips.libraries.yml [#3478429]

I'm getting the following warning in the logs:

Warning: Undefined array key "url" in Drupal\Core\Asset\CssCollectionOptimizerLazy->optimizeGroup() (line 170 of /app/docroot/core/lib/Drupal/Core/Asset/CssCollectionOptimizerLazy.php)

This is caused by the libraries defined in beautytips.libraries.yml not having the URL set with the licensing information.
