The class name does not match the file name. [#2940529]

Hello. Basic_cart module provide FieldFormatters.
There are two files:
AddToCartFormatter.php
AddToCartWithQuantityFormatter.php

This files has wrong class names:
AddtoCartFormatter
AddtoCartWithQuantityFormatter

I guess we need to rename them on AddToCartFormatter and AddToCartWithQuantityFormatter.
