I think better if every ordered products send to poster or node author automatically after checking out, and admin send too as a copy for tracking. so this module be able to use for multiuser. I'm really sure it will be basic public store :). Don't you mind with this features?

This will give it a Market Place feel with very little setup.

I want simple eShops on one single domain with the option to send an email to the author of the product rather than the site email.
Lets say a user visits an eStore and adds 5 products to his cart. All 5 products was created by the same node author. On checkout the customer enters his email and address and submit the order.
1. Now the user gets an email confirming his order (already build in)
2. A few admin emails gets the order request (already build in)
3. The author of the product nodes ordered must get an email order request
If a customer orders products over multiple stores in the same cart, authored by different authors, each author must get an email with his products on request.
But for now if i could only get an email to be sent also to the author of the product I would be happy. My customers mostly buy only one thing.
I looked to see if it is possible to use rules, but there is no action available to use when the cart checks out.

In: basic_cart_order.admin.inc
Add the following lines after line 62
In: basic_cart_order.module
After line 275
and add this:
I basically duplicated what was already there so this is not my code, I am not even close. But the form works and will give you an idea what is needed to make this work.
thanks

Remove <--! This is where I am stuck!-->

$product_email = $product[0]['author']; <--! This is where I am stuck!-->
I should have used /** I am stuck**/

MRJWO CreditAttribution: MRJWO commentedI agree, this module needs "send to node author's email and it will be perfect for what I'm looking for...
The products/content created on my site will be submitted by registered members, not solely me(admin).
