Mollom integration instructions should be on the install wizard, similar to the current google maps tab, and perhaps on the much-anticipated administrative toolbar.

Mollom module is now in the makefile. We still need to determine any default settings for the install profile, and integrate with the administrative setup wizard from #1459190: Add a setup wizard for administrators.
