HELP! cant post picture

hai, I'm coming here from the good judgement issue queue, which disappeared after the rapture but they didn't solve my problem either so. how do I insert a picture into my blog post??? not above or below but INSIDE, like wordpresse. someone told me I need to manually install module libraries and configure filters on my content type blog? i'm not a programmer how do I do that? i use mac 10.5, fix it please and send a link. ps yes i cleared my cache
