Problem/Motivation
The BACnet module grabs data from the B-AWS) host site and displays that data as content in the context of your site. Gaining access to a host site B-AWS can be a rather complex issue. If you don't have access to such a server its almost impossible to develop applications and/or utilize this module.
Proposed resolution
Need to setup a B-AWS accessible to the Drupal community specifically for module/application development and testing.
Remaining tasks
Need hardware, software, and host site.
User interface changes
The ui for the testing site needs to be accessible to serious users, however it should not be easily discoverable by novice users or those who have no real need to access it.
API changes
The BAWS API is largely defined/standardized by the BACnet standard, however there is no BTL testing defined for BACnet Web Services. So, lets just focus on getting one really good BAWS online to start, from a BACnet dev who is a leader in that community. We can worry about nuances later between other mfg. implementations of the standard.
Data model changes
This is being dealt with on the BACnet side, so we won't deal with it, at least in this issue.

They are setup and operating well, and most importantly, I just tested the BACnet module on a fresh (d7.54) local install and it works as expected.
