Problem/Motivation

Latest version of background_image gives PHP errors when using imagemagick7

Symfony\Component\DependencyInjection\Exception\ServiceNotFoundException: You have requested a non-existent service "imagemagick.exec_manager". in Drupal\Component\DependencyInjection\Container->get() (line 159 of /app/web/core/lib/Drupal/Component/DependencyInjection/Container.php).

I'm not entirely sure on where to start looking for this, I'm flagging it in case the community has any pointers.

This is being caused by the imagemagick module deprecating and removing service ids.

Updating the service id should fix the error but I think there could be quite a few changes to make compatible with ImageMagick 7.
