option for keep or change existing values

As an editor, I'd like to have the ability to choose between two options for handling values. This choice pertains to whether I want to retain the current values or replace them. The available options are:

• Keep values added by editors: If the value entered in the text field can be accommodated within the taxonomy, it will be added without altering the existing values. However, if there are limited references taxonomy field, and the matched values will not fit with the limitation, the module will leave the editor-added values intact without any changes.
• Override values previously added: Opting for this choice entails a complete revision of the existing values. In scenarios where the taxonomy reference field has limitations, only the initial matched values will be retained. Any additional matching values from the text field that surpass this limit will be disregarded.
