It's possible to add/edit an ID3 tags to each MP3 that is uploaded by one of my users? With using getID3 library and fields or something else. I read thats possible on drupal 6, but i need on on d7.

Editing id3 tags is not a function of this module - those tags are coded into the mp3 files and should be edited in whatever program was used to generate the files or in another suitable program.
