Atjs mentions not working inside ckeditor

I am trying to integrate Atjs mentions inside ckeditor textarea , but its not working inside , i think it got the 'id' problem , it hiding the current textarea and replace with the ckeditor iframe body . When i removed the ckeditor class ,then the mentions working properly for the normal text area . But
