SlideShow not displaying on the home page. [#1411692]

Hi ,
I have followed all the steps in the readme file , twice.
I have done everything.
So I have created the slideshow and it works fine when I want to see it in the SlideShow content page, but I can't seem to make it display somewhere... it's just not shown, not in homepage , not everywhere, only if I got from content-> slideshow I can see it. I have placed it in the featered content sections of the blocks and it is set to be shown only on < front >. I have tryed different versions/ settings but nothing worked... Help me please

Re-read the instructions, if you follow it correctly you would have created a block and placed it in a region.

Hi,
I had the same problem after following all the steps, because I had already created the node before setting up 'nodes in block' or something I did.

Very simple:

Edit the node you are showing through the slideshow
On vertical tabs of the node form: nodes in block tab --> Select your-slideshow-name (Pos) --> Write <front> in Visibility field
Save

I had allready done this before but then I changed the nodes in block config and the node loosed its configuration.

I'm having a problem where this all works fine if I'm logged in as the root user, but when logged in as an administrator, vertical tabs of the node form: nodes in block tab --> Select your-slideshow-name (Pos), does not show up. Suggestions? Administrators have rights to both the slideshow content type, Nodes in Block, and the pages to which they are trying to have it appear.
