Undefined property: stdClass::$base_themes in arctica_css_cache_build() (line 17 of /etc/drupal/7/sites/all/themes/arctica/arcti [#2021451]

Hello! I just moved my Tundra-based site from one server to another, both under Drupal7, and am now getting this message; here's a screenshot:

Also, it seems like most of the Configurator is missing- the part I need is the part where I set the column widths, fonts, and lots of other things.

I have tried removing and reinstalling Arctica, Tundra, TouchPro a& Arctica Nitro with no improvement.

What should I do?

Having the same issue. Fixed it once, can't remember how though.

I was in Drupal version 7.14, after updating to 7.22, the remaining settings tabs in the Artica configurator are showing.
