Release notes

This is a bug fix release.

  • Fix invalid PER data. When removing PER curricula information, the data would contain "orphans". This has been fixed. When updating, all descriptions that contain PER data will be flagged for re-publishing.
  • Fix PHP Notice on home page for anonymous users.
