Create a 6.x-3.x-dev tree [#1423602]

I am interested in a 6.x-3.x-dev version of this module, to be used with the 6.x-3.x-dev version of Apachesolr. This is a placeholder to collaborate on making that happen, should others be interested.

apachesolr.module, function apachesolr_cck_fields() has changed to apachesolr.module, function apachesolr_entity_fields()

This is starting to work, at least for basic node fields. I'm moving status to indicate that there is code here. Have a look at the sandbox commit log to see the progress.
