Got this error after upgrading to PHP 8.

Fatal error: Array and string offset access syntax with curly braces is no longer supported in ***/modules/contrib/apachesolr_multilingual/apachesolr_multilingual.install on line 57

Simple bug fix swapping out curly braces with square brackets.
