Leverages the jQuery Autopager library (same library as views_infinite_scroll) to replace the pager on Apache Solr search results pages with an infinite scroll loader.

This project is still fairly early in development, but has the basic functionality implemented. At least for the specific project I'm working on. I'd love to hear feedback or results of testing this module on other projects before I promote it to a full recommended release.
