Provide a way to clean up existing comments

I am actually using 6.x, but for the backport policy I filed it against 7.x.

When installing this module most of the times people are facing a spam problem on their site. So, there already is Spam and this has to be cleaned up manually.

Can we provide a way to start a batch process to check all existing comments for Spam? Or ist there already a option like this?
