Uses Auto Node Translate to translate all nodes of a content type automatically.

- Starting at rc2 a drush comand was added to the module. Options to select the batch size and overwrite translations were also included in the translation form.

This module depends on Auto Node Translate.
The 2.x branch of the module now suports Auto node Translate v3.
