The following error occurs on certain content typesin the apache log files when annotation_image is enabled and comments option is changed from 'disabled' to 'read only' or read/write' on node:
PHP Fatal error: Cannot access empty property in [..]sites/all/modules/annotation/annotation_image/annotation_image.module on line 122.

If annotation_image module is disabled, error does not recur.

Issue only occurs on certain custom content types (attached). Error does not occur on content type 'caselaw' but does occure on content type 'numbered_act'.
