I'm trying to eliminate the space between the header and the slideshow banner. I've played with all the margins and padding in the menu.css and layout.css, but I can't get the slideshow to move up next to the header. Any advice? I'm attaching a screenshot so you can see what I mean. I've added borders around the header and the banner to make it a little clearer. Thanks for your help!

For the block you created to embed your image links for the slideshow, what did you put in the Block Title field? it should be <none> enclosed in brackets as shown, otherwise there will be extra padding added above the slideshow.
