I've spent a lit of time building an Amazon store product list and making a store that is tuned to my nitch. Is there or can there be a way import the products from that store? The app is great, but a way to make the products listing more configurable is needed -- thinks like custom categories and the ability to add things to your site through the amazon interface would be awesome.

I'm still learning, but I think you'll find that Categories etc. are set by Amazon so customizing them might not be an option...though, you can create some custom menu items using various search parameters, ex. /amazon_store?Keywords=furniture&SearchIndex=HomeGarden, which would search for what could be considered categories, or sub-categories, like furniture with various Results sorting and Narrowing then available.
