I am new to Drupal so please pardon my ignorance. I am using the ST Alphorn theme and am trying to figure out how to set up the drop down menus. I have reviewed the documentation, but don't see where this functionality is addressed. The menu types are listed as Drop down CSS, Split menu and Drop down ST menu. Unfortunately, I don't know what distinguishes these from each other and I do not know how to make these work on my site. If someone could get me started, I would greatly appreciate it.

@aluran :
Hi I was hoping you could help me! I'm having the same issue as you did before you "fixed" it yourself. Would you care to share please?

I too am using the ST Alphorn theme (on Drupal 6.19)....everything seems to work fine as shown in ST Aphorn's demo site except that I can't get the menus (primary links) on top to look and work like in the demo. Since the demo already has that nice drop down feature, I assume that I don't need to install a separate menu module for my current theme to work (or do I?).

I have several primary links items along the top (header) but all I see are text links ..... even though some of them have children (secondary links) as sub-menu items. And, yes I have my primary links "expanded". My question is: Is there a way to modify/customize ST Alphorn theme so that my primary links drop down and appear as they do in the demo with secondary links as sub-menu items?

Please help. Any guidance would be truly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Hi, everyone
I ran into the same problem. What i have found using drupal is that sometimes the files will be corrupted during uploads. What you need to do is reinstall the new version of St. Alphorn http://drupal.org/project/alphorn and upload the Skinr Module and Fusion Core theme module.
1) Disable the theme module and enable garland. Make sure to delete the theme in cpanel before uploading the new theme version.
2) Once you have extracted the theme in cpanel, you need to upload Fusion Core 6.x-1.0 tar.gz http://drupal.org/project/fusion theme module (upload it in your theme folder)
3) Skinr module http://drupal.org/project/skinr (upload in your cpanel module folder).
4) On your Site's Modules Section enable the skinr module.
5) Go to your Theme section on your site and enable the Fusion Core theme modules {Fusion Core, Fusion Starter, Fusion Starter lite} but do not make it your default theme.
6) Enable St. Alphorn, making sure that St. Alphorn is the default module.
7) If your menus is not working properly then the St. Alphorn file was corrupted.
Note: make sure to expand your menus!!
