Danny EnglanderI am having this issue too. I noticed in my site logs that
/css/-style.css could not be found
. That implies that the color variable from theme_settings.php is not getting to template.php in order to process which color has been picked in the the UI. I did notice a typo in theme_settings.php but that did not seem to make a difference.['them_color_config']
Is it supposed to be['theme_color_config']

Danny EnglanderI am submitting a patch that fixes the colors not working. I tested this and it seems fine now. However this does not address the fact that the project page says:
... when if fact it's blue, green and red. Even still the red did not seem "red" to me it was really more orange. There was a lot of cruft in html.tpl.php that I took out and once I did, this worked. The code there almost seemed non drupal like so perhaps that was a carry over from another platform or something. I also got rid of some unneeded hierarchy of field groups in the UI for choosing the color, it just seemed unnecessary, i.e you had to expand a few just to simply get to the color select list.
Please do not test this on a production site (test on a local dev or whatever) and make a backup of your original theme!

Danny Englander@Taxoman - I just contacted one of the maintainers, hopefully they will respond. Just looking back at other issues here, it looks like this theme could use some TLC.

szt CreditAttribution: szt commentedCritical, because without this patch the (7.x-2.1) version completely mess up the site, and gives random colors...

Danny EnglanderI just contacted the maintainers to see what the status is here, I think they have gone missing but we shall see. I offered to pick up maintainer-ship of this theme, It needs some TLC. The last commit was well over a year ago.
Danny EnglanderOk, I've offered up to become maintainer of this theme.#1881214: ST Alphorn appears to be unsupported

Just trying to help.

Danny EnglanderHi @Summit. If a developer has a project here on drupal.org, along with that comes a certain set of responsibilities regardless of what they may have on their own sites. That's what this issue queue is meant for. If you read:
#1881214: ST Alphorn appears to be unsupported
... you will see that protocol is being followed according to:
Dealing with unsupported (abandoned) projects
Thanks.
