issue of deprecated function & undefined array key warning [#3423722]

Steps Reproduce:

1. Installed the module using Composer with the command: composer require 'drupal/all_in_one_accessibility:^1.5'.

2: After enabling this module it throws an error, the error mentioned below.

Warning: Undefined array key "userid" in all_in_one_accessibility_library_info_build() (line 53 of modules\contrib\all_in_one_accessibility\all_in_one_accessibility.module).

I've attached an image illustrating my actions—installing the module and searching within the extended panel.
