Support for Akamai's Edge-control header.
This module provides the following:
- Integration with Drupal's page caching system.
- Separate configuration option for the Akamai TTL.
- Configuration options for caching nodes in Akamai on a per content type basis, even if the user is authenticated.
- An alter hook for special cases.
