#958168: Provide a visual indication that the block is loading via AJAX [patch] The ability to set configurable background loader pictures is added.

Ajaxblocks tried to output more than just block contents. The problem appeared when using recent Views (6.x-3.x-dev version).

Run update.php after updating to this release.
