Release notes

This release of AJAX Poll fixes major issues in the initial 1.0 release. Upgrading is strongly recommended, as the 1.0 version is prone to break in multiple situations.

Bug fixes:
#874800: Poll block does work with any sort of page caching (Core, Boost, Varnish, etc)
#915876: Question disappears on vote submit or result not returned
#961870: System messages not displayed
