Autoclose the main comment form

Turning jeffdukedotcom's comment on https://www.drupal.org/node/1660886#comment-10553518 to a standalone request issue:

IS this supposed to hide the form at the top of the comments as well? It works to hide forms when replying to an existing comment however the form at the top of the comments always remains open.

The main comment submission form for a node could be on the bottom, not necessarily on the top of the comments, and it would be nice if autoclose also worked for it.
