For feature parity with aGov 7.x, we should add Redirect support.

What did we use redirect for by default? Seems like something that would only be installed once needed?

Redirect is currently only on Github so we can't package it with aGov unless we commit the module to aGov itself. Spoke with Berdir and he said that juampynr is working it and they will likely get it across to Drupal.org once there is a Pathauto beta out.
