Modify Title To Include Time

A client was asking for the event title to include the times without the user having to click each event. This can be done inside the tpl file but I instead modified the agenda settings page to add a check box. This allows enabling per agenda block.

If you enable "Modify event title" it will change "Event title" to "Event title: 10:00am - 11:00am" or "Event title: All Day".
