Age Calculator

About:

Age calculator allows site users to calculate their age on any particular calendar day.

This calculator is based on the most common age system. In this system, age grows at user's birthday.

This calculator gives out age in years, months, weeks, days, hours, minutes, and seconds.

How it works:

It Provides a very simple Ajax-Based region(Block) from where users can calculate their age. Where user just needs to enter two things

• Date of birth
• Age on date

Administration:

After enabling the module from "admin > modules > age calculator", Site admin must setup two things.

• Enable 'Age Calculator' block from Structure > Blocks. This is the region where age calculation is done.
• Configure Age calculator output format from configuration > people > age calculator.

Supported output formats:

Following formats are supported for now.

• Y years M months D days
• M months D days
• W Weeks D days
• D days
• H hours (Approximate)
• M minutes (Approximate)
• S seconds (Approximate)

Information for developers

Age calculator block output can be themed by CSS in any desirable way.

Each output text is inside an "span" tag, and then all these outputs (spans) are present inside a wrapper div.
