1- Every product should have a radio button with tooltips "Add to compare"
2- Users should select a product in each group and as soon as he selects a product it should fly to the compare list just below the search bar or above the product table.
3- After he selects the products from each category / group, a comparison table should be displayed
As you know comparision is nothing but displaying the products side by side. So either you can leverage compare entity module or work on some css.
However it should display a comparison of products like this
https://www.cardekho.com/compare/hyundai-elantra-and-hyundai-elantra-and...
And also make these code within a sub module named as affiliates_connect_compare else define it as an option in affiliates_connect settings. Because someone may not want to display the products in tabular format or in grouping.
